Ingredients
8 cups of cabbage
1/4 cup of carrots
2 tablespoons of minced onions
1/3 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 cup of mayo
1 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Directions
- Finely dice cabbage and carrots.
- Stir in minced onions.
- In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the sauce on the cabbage, and carrots and mix thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl and refridgeate for several hours before serving.
