2 pounds of potatoes (either red or Russets)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or us my recipe found here)
- Cut potatoes into 1 1/2 -2 inch cubes and place into crock pot.
- In another bowl mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and ranch seasoning mix.
- Mix in with the potatoes in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
