15 vanilla wafers
2-8 ounce packages of cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
21 ounce can cherry pie filling
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place one wafer in each of 15 paper lined muffin cups. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time Mixing just until blended.
- Spoon evenly into prepared muffins cups.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Turn off oven open oven door slightly. Let stand in oven 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven cool completely.
- Top with pie filling. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
