3/4 cup key lime juice
2-14 ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1-9 inch graham cracker pie crust
- Combine key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs in a bowl with an electric mixer. I also add a little bit of green food coloring to make it look more green like limes.
- Pour into pie crust and bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature and then chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Serve and enjoy with whipped cream on top.
