I found this recipe very helpful when I had a cough. Yes it really works. I found it

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons water
Mix ingredients together in a cup. Take 3 teaspoons before bed or when ever needed.
