Empanadas

My mom would make these every Christmas growing up.

1 1/2 cups butter
1 8 oz package cream cheese
3 cups flour


  1. Cream the butter with the cream cheese. Mix in the flour.
  2. Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out to about 3 inch round biscuit cutter.
  4. Place in the middle 1 teaspoon jam.
  5. Fold in half and seal with a fork.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
