2 cups Rhubarb
2 cups Strawberry
1/3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
- Mix the Rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, flour, and salt. Let it sit until pie dough is rolled out.
- Add the eggs to the mixture prior to filling the pie crust.
- Add a lattice crust for the prior top and dot with butter.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes at 375 degrees.
