3/4 cup long grain rice
3 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
- Rinse rice under cold water in a colander.
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and put rice in it followed by the milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter.
- Cook on high for 3 hours, or until rice has absorbed the liquid.
- Spoon into dessert bowls and top with whipped topping and additional cinnamon or mix in raisins. Yummy.
