Shepherd's Pie

1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
1 medium onoin chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can green beans, drained
1 can corn, whole-kernel, drained
5 medium potatoes cooked, mashed, or 6 servings instant potatoes
1/2 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese shredded. or sliced

Brown meat and onoins. Drain well. Add soup to meat mixture. Layer meat and vegetables in a 2 quart casserole dish. Place mashed potatoes evenly over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
