1 pound plus 1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 pound melting chocolate
- Cream together the butter, and peanut butter.
- Mix in the powdered sugar.
- Form into egg shapes.
- Place on wax paper and put in the freezer.
- Melt chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Or use a double broiler.
- Poke each peanut butter egg with a tooth pick and dip into the melted chocolate.
- Place on wax paper to cool. Store in the freezer. They are so good. I'm sure they won't last long at our house.
