1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla.
- In a small saucepan, mix sugar cocoa and salt.
- Whisk in the water.
- Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and cook 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
- Cool store in fridge. So easy.
- Store in a pint canning jar. An old Hershey container will work too.
